Privacy on this website

Kari Labs Ltd runs karilabs.co.uk and kariflow.co.uk. This notice covers those two websites and the email you send us. The Kari Flow app has its own privacy notice, which practices and their patients see in the app.

What this website collects

Nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and has no forms.

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of each request, such as the IP address, the time and the page asked for, for a short time to keep the site secure and working.

If you email us

We use your email address and your message to reply, and to keep a record of what was said. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. We don't share your details or use them for marketing, and we keep them only as long as we need them. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

If you ask to join the Kari Flow waiting list, we'll tell you when it's ready for your practice. That's all we'll send, and you can ask us to take you off the list at any time.

Where the information goes

Vercel, Inc. and Microsoft are US companies. Both are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which UK law recognises for transfers to the US.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Kari Labs Ltd is registered with the ICO under ZC240608.
